Why wont it read my sim card
when you out in my sim card it say searching for service. but never connects.

Have you tried inserting a known working, network compatible same size SIM card in the phone and checked if it works OK?
Have you tried inserting your SIM card in a same size SIM card, known working, network compatible phone and checked if it worked OK there?
Basically swap SIM cards between two network compatible phones and check what works where.
This is just to find out if the SIM card may be the problem and not the phone.
Has the phone worked OK before with the same SIM card?
Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all?
