Not showing up in finder

Hi everyone I just got an iPod shuffle 2 and it’s not showing up in finder does anyone know how to fix it

@andrewsawesome I'm struggling to work out what finder is.

@thequacker I see, crapple stuff. I use Windows lol. ITunes, 3u tools but never heard of finder.
