Hi Wellington,

I've gone through the User's Guide and found a couple of sections that might help.

The first thing they suggest is that perhaps the display has been rerouted to an external display. To toggle it back to the internal screen, press Windows-P, that is, hold down the Windows key and press the letter "P".

Otherwise, go through the section titled "If Something Goes Wrong". Here are some of the suggestions in that part.

First, try entering the Windows Boot Menu as follows.

To enter the Boot menu manually: 1 Press Ctrl, Alt, and Del simultaneously (once). 2 Press the Power button in the lower right corner of your screen. 3 Click the Restart option from the menu. 4 Click Troubleshoot from the menu.

That will give you several options like Resetting Your Computer, Refreshing Your Computer, and under Advanced Options you can use System Restore, System Image Recovery, Automatic Repair and Command Prompt as well as setting various Startup Options.

Next, try cycling through different display options by hitting the "F4" key repeatedly.

There's a lot more things to try as outlined in the User's Guide, so I'd suggest going through it and seeing if something gets you going again. Here's where you can download the guide.
