Installing Windows 10 from USB is stuck on Windows logo after boot

I`am trying to install Windows 10 on this laptop and every time when I boot it is stuck on the Windows logo, without spinning dots or anything happening. BIOS is up to date and the USB 3.0 drive works 100%.

Device model: Samsung Q330 NP-Q330

Wi-Fi Broadcom module that comes with that laptop is incompatible and causes the issue. Replacing it with other brand fixes the issue with no problem. Be sure to boot on Legacy mode.
