My laptop is not powering on its just that light blinking

If the power button itself is what's blinking, try a hard reset. Get the laptop into a state where the power button is blinking, as you described. Unplug it, if you're able to do so while it still blinks. Hold the power button for 30 seconds to a minute. If the power button stops blinking, then the laptop successfully powered down and released any residual power. Turn the laptop back on and see if its works. If the problem persists, then the screen may be damaged. To test this, plug the laptop into an external monitor and see if it works.

If the problem is software-related, then perform a hard reset, and then turn the laptop back on. As soon as you attempt to turn it on, begin pressing the F12 button repeatedly to enter BIOS mode, or repeatedly press the F8 key to enter the advanced boot menu. If it doesn't work, then the problem is likely not software.

If the power button isn't what is blinking, and only the charger cable is blinking, then the issue is with the power supply or motherboard, and will require further testing to confirm what part needs replacing.
