I changed my cell phone and since I constantly use an otg adapter I changed to a moto e71 power and it turns out that when connecting the otg it does not detect it and that the same adapter I tried it on other devices and it turns out that I connect a mouse to it and it only blinks the same for a graphic tablet it only blinks and when I connect a usb it detects it but momentarily if someone knows what it has it would be very grateful

Bit confused re your question, is it only the phone that you're having problems connecting a mouse to or the tablet as well?
If only the phone when you connect the mouse using the OTG adapter, swipe down on the home screen and change the setting from Charging this device to MIDI.
If the tablet as well have you tried using a different known working compatible OTG cable?
