Can I fix my damaged cable of Touch ID?
the cable is damaged and like cut off. Can I fix the original touch id button? as it will not be possible to replace it with a new one because the original Touch id is tied to the motherboard.

I do not know if this will work the same on a 5S/SE home button, but REWA has successfully transplanted a replacement flex cable onto a 6/6S/Plus button. If your phone isn't supported by the Apple self repair program, then this is going to be one of the few options you have to get your button working again outside of taking it to Apple for repair, assuming they still support the SE.
