My Epson ET-2800 printer is giving me an E-01 printer error. It is telling me that there is a paper jam. I do not see any paper inside of the printer. It makes a loud click sound prior to giving the error. I have read that I should remove paper trays and clean the pick up roller. I have no idea how to remove paper trays on this model. Any help would be welcomed. I have contacted Epson Support, but no one has replied. Thank you,
There's no paper tray on this model. Just an integrated rear feed. If you look down there, you should see 2 rubber rollers, one with a flat edge.
Make sure those are clean and there's no debris in the slot.

The ET-2800 has no paper trays, paper is loaded at the rear top part of the machine.

my Epson ET 2800 has a scanner error E-02 on it it prints but i can't use the LCD screen on the printer it says printer is busy

I'm having the same error E02 scanner error for a brand new Epson Eat 2800. I was using a MacBook pro air and tried to finish setup on my android cell phone but I can't get past this error trying to use Hippo sublimation ink.

I have same model. It has no paper trays, which makes me kinda sorry I didn't get a model that does. There Is a document feeder at rear of machine but no removable paper trays.
