My car is stoping and not turning on

Hello my car Stopped on 4th of July and it was smoking out of the radiator we bought a new radiator spark plugs and wires thermostat and it drives but it just stops automatically and we have to wait for it to start back up again It runs cool air but there’s no heater in the car
