constant dripping into the washer tub

I have same problem. After wash cycle finishes if I do not remove cloths immediatly they become saturated with water due to the constant dripping into the washer tub. I put a dry towel in there to see how significant the drip was and forgot it till the next day when I found it dripping wet. I also notice my water bill higher. I checked everywhere for leak, drip, running toilet ETC... but only found it to be the washer
