Brand new console will not cooperate
I have not been able to get past the initial set up sequence. My controller will not connect to the console and when it does, it only connects for a few mins. It connects forever in safe mode but not in regular mode. Also, when the console first updated it just shut off after it was done and it took forever for me to turn it back on. Not really sure what to do.
