Touch screen no longer turns and adjusts when turned
when I turn the device the screen does not turn

Monica, I suppose it is possible that your rotation lock is turned on. Check on here and see if you can turn it back on. You should also get there by double-clicking the home button. that should bring up a menu bar on the bottom of the screen. Slide the menu from left to right. The furthest icon on the left has a lock symbol, tap it and it should turn your rotation lock on/off. Hope this helps, good luck.
