2 Why is the audio imbalanced and louder in one speaker over the other?
My Pulse Elite headphones have recently been quiet in the left ear, with an especially noticeable difference in the amount of bass audible. In addition, there is a rattling noise in the same left ear speaker.
The solution to this problem is that the speaker has dislodged from the plastic housing. Using the Speaker Replacement teardown guide, reseat the speaker and fasten it back to the housing. Be careful not to tug too strongly on the wires that connect the wires to the speaker.
