Can not get watch to connect or even open up.

I purchased a new Android phone to replace my old Android phone. Watch worked perfect. Disconnected watch from old phone and tried to pair with new phone. Wear app finds phone and sends number. I confirm and it starts to pair. Never completes the paring and times out. When turn watch on up pop a screen that says Lets go. Can not get to main settings. Tried activating phone without phone just to get the clock face and that does not work either, Any Ideas on what is wrong.

Evening from Australia,

There are a few housekeeping items i would check before turning to proper samsung support. Below are a few:

  • Have you tried repairing to your old phone or an old android phone lying around?
  • If you managed to pair it, have you been able to update the firmware on that watch?
  • What new phone are we dealing with here?

I will say, daily driving an Apple watch myself, i wouldn't know much about the nitty-gritty or any specifics. However i always recommend doing some googling first before turning here as it saves precious time waiting for a response (Of course if google can't find anything the people here are happy to help)
