I like listening to website content by connecting my phone to speaker. The JBL shows connected to my phone but it won't play play voice content that I'm trying to listen to from WebEx.

Check Media and Phone audio are turned on, here's the procedure:
Open your phone's Settings app.
Tap Connected devices. If you see "Bluetooth," tap it.
If you see Previously connected devices, tap it.
Next to your accessory's name, tap Settings.
Turn on Media (and Phone) audio
