I have a problem with my P30 pro. When I call somebody or somebody calls me it takes 5-10 second for my microphone to start to work. I called service and they say it is bottom board with microphone. I changed bottom board with microphone and it is the same. Any idea what can be wrong?

Try using the phone in safe mode and check if the microphone now works OK when on a call.
If it does then a downloaded app might be the cause of the problem. The trick is to find out which one. You will need to uninstall each downloaded app, one by one and test the phone in the "normal" mode between each uninstall. When it works OK the last downloaded app that was uninstalled was the cause of the problem. A downloaded app is one that you downloaded and installed on the phone and didn't come pre-installed with the phone.

Thank you for the advice but it is the same in safe mode, mic doesn't work for 10 sec. But it works when I use phone in speaker mode.
You may have to try a factory reset.
Be sure to backup the phone either to the cloud or a computer, using the phone's backup feature in Settings before performing the reset.
If it works OK after the reset then you can restore the phone to what is was before by using the phone's restore feature in Settings.
if it is still faulty after the reset it is a hardware problem.
Since you have replaced the bottom board it looks like it may be something on the mainboard but this is just a guess
Factory reset didn't help. It only help to loose all settings of my apps
I will try this. I also had my phone on service for Huawei twice and it works for few months and than it is the same.

no it didn't
I discover the problem. You have changed bottom board with microphone that first step now you have to change the flex cable wich conects the bottom board and the main board thats the flex with the charging port to. You change that and your problem is fixed

I had the phone 2 times on huawei service and after that it works few months than it is the same
I had the the same problem already twice and was able to solve it. In my case two tiny connectors of the main flat cable were broken and hence no connection to the normal "lower" microphone could be established. After some seconds, the phone switches to the external microphone, which is quite inconvenient for the person you are talking to because it is quite noisy and catches sounds from the environment. The connectors are supposedly broken because my phone fell down multiple times. Be sure to check for the remaining broken pins in the female plug on the main board and remove them.

No i didn't, nothing works I will try with Huawei service if they can repair it.
