Lenovo phone A2010-a Will not charge or turn on

I have a Lenovo A2010-a Phone that will not charge. Even when plugged in, the red light to signal that the phone is charging does not come on. It is cold even though i let it charge overnight it did not even power on. What do i do

Sounds like you need a new charge port. Or it's full of dust. Does the charger go in properly? If it does I'd go the new charge port route.

Yes the charger goes in completely but it does not charge. I will try your suggestion
