password to icloud forgoten
i bought an iphone 8 normal with icloud, the previous user forgot the icloud password now i can log his icloud out. i. need help on that

@nammowgli the only way to remove iCloud is by the original owner. There is no work around to remove the iCloud lock. I would try to return the phone and get my money back. You will not remove the iCloud lock by any other means.

i agree with the "get your money back", but i would be cautious of jumping straight to "probably stolen". there are plenty of reasons why phones are sold with icloud accounts still on them -
person forgot credentials and forgot email account credentials as well.
person doesn't have access to email account any more (old company, old school, provider out of business, changed ISP).
original phone owner is disabled/dead.
phone was used by an ex-SO/spouse
phone was sold at an estate sale/garage sale/swap meet
on the plus side, depending on the model and specs, icloud locked phones are sold on ebay all the time, you just need to be up-front about the icloud lock in the description.
