PS4 1216A shorted power area th52xx

Hello, guys. I need your help. While I was playing on my Ps4 CUH-1216a with a SAC-001 motherboard I heard a buzzing noise and Ps just turned off. I think this happen when the 12V pin touch the Ground Pin because was powered up with ATX PSU. And now after checking all components in red are shorted all of them and PS has BLOD ( PSU is good, APU is good, everything is fine, except these components in red). Can you please tell me what the responsible chip is for them or how to fix this shorted area? Thanks!
