Whenever I try to crank my car it doesn’t crank.

I’ve replaced the battery and my dashboard lights come on but the only maintenance light that comes on is the battery. I’m not sure how to fix the issue … PLEASE HELP

Dead silence no starter sounds or starter turns engine but engine won't fire up? MIleage, maintenance performed, parts replaced?
