Tareke Fenta the number one reason that can cause this issue is your regional language setting on your system. There are multiple others. Check solutions listed on sites like this or even Microsoft itself on here

Tareke Fenta you could do that by downloading the necessary Supplemental Language files. The first link has most common solutions.

Are you downloading from the MS site under your account? What language is Windows? OS Version/Office Version?
