My mobile cont Rebooting and struck in samsung logo

i tried factory reset nothing worked, but am trying hard factory reset but it wont go into that recovery mode.

If your device is frozen and unresponsive, press and hold the Power button and the Volume down button down simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it.
