My screen Flashes the BackGround Colors.

Before It happened:

I had a small crack for around 3 months now and I had no problems with it.
Today, when I came home I threw my phone on the bed, gently like I do every day, I did not fall, It just bounced a bit and stayed there. It was not harder than usual or anything.

Problem:

Now around that small crack there are the colors: Red, Blue, Black and Green, Everywhere else on the screen It is just pixelated (like it would have a low resolution) and repeats the same thing Vertically.

I had this phone for 8 Months.

Can I repair It?

Is the warranty still available? I paid with the card.
