internet screen freezes up
My internet screen is locked on the same page, will not let me access bookmarks, history or anything. The rest of the ipad works fine. I have tried disconnecting the wi-fi and turning it on and off, no luck

Try resetting the iPad - Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
Try resetting the cache, history and cookies
Settings, Safari, you’ll see 3 buttons – Clear History, Clear Cookies and Clear Cache. Press each in turn, pressing "clear" if prompted.
Then power off the iPad and restart.
