If I'm not mistaken, GMs Passlock antitheft system is a program in the body control module. The bcm runs everything except the EFI system that runs off the ecm or pcm. Can you describe in detail what's occurring and why you believe Passlock is causing the problem? Passlock can't be removed but can be disabled.
