No. Attempting to use a 120v device on 220vac will simply burn it out almost immediately. There may be an adapter for this. The adapter or converter should drop 220v down to 120v to allow using your device. Be aware whether adapter or converter, it should be rated to handle the power of your device and not lower power otherwise it may burn out from over loading it.
