The led-light just blinks once when it gets power

When I connect the AMP to power the light only blinks once and then the light is turned off. I cant get any reaction from the light when I push the buttons. Nether when i hold ”mute” and connect the power. Everytime I connect the power is the same one blink from the light and nothing else. And I cant find the AMP in the app ether. Can someone hela me?
