Portrait mode camera won't load x1 mode

I have a problem with my camera on my iphone 12 pro max. It freeze only when i go on portret mode x1. All the other options on camera works on on portret mode x1 freeze. It needs to be restart or wait a little bit to come again on other modes. As soon as i go back on portret x1 it freez again. I have tried reset or even restore but its the same. Even with another camera its the same problem. What should i do? Thank you
