On most drones once you turn the power on to the drone it's lights will start flashing to indicate for you to turn power on to the controller immediately and also immediately move on of the controller buttons. Google search you drone exact brand and model and you should be able to download aanial or see how to make it pair.

Hi, we built a network of people around the globle that can do the fix. VCC in France is not part of our group, he will generally charge about $500 US dollars.

No one seems to have an answer to this problem there are over 2000 GoPro karma owners that have the same problem and there is no help from GoPro. I’m thinking it’s time for a lawsuit from all of us.
