ASUS PRIME B550-PLUS AC-HES ARGB and audio control panel not working

I have a ASUS PRIME B550-PLUS AC-HES with a amd ryzen 7 5800x that the argb doesn't work there are 2 headers and no matter which one I plug into the argb wont work. I have tried to uninstall the arora sync and reinstalling it but that didn't fix it, and I don't know if this will affect it but my realtek hd audio always tells me cant connect to rpc. again i have uninstalled all of the drivers and reinstalled them several times even going as far as to ddu all audio drivers. Is there anything I can do to fix this? or is the only hope to reinstall windows
