My Samsung Glaxay s7FE suddenly doesnt hold a charge or turn on.

Hello hello! I am in need of serious help with my tablet. Last night, it died, and now it wont turn on. I plug it in with a cord, and the blank charging lightning bolt thing appears but it doesnt say its charging. It wont turn on, even with the “soft reboot” where you hold down the power button and the volume button. I have no idea what to do. I bought this in january for all my college notes so…I really really need it.

Update (03/20/2022)

Update: for some reason, when i unplugged it after a few minutes of "charging", i turned it on. it fully turned on at 0% and then died again. So, progress, but not really

Did yo solve this issue? I have the same problem. I was watching a video and suddenly it show the samsung Logo and turned off. Now isn't charging, it show the charging icon but isn't charging and when I try to turn it on the screen just flash.

Try connecting a different compatible charger or charger cable or connecting it to a computer's USB port and check if it shows that it is charging OK or not.

If still not, use a strong light and a magnifying glass to visually inspect the tablet’s USB-C port to make sue that there’s no lint etc in the port enclosure that may be preventing a good electrical connection.

If it appears that something is lodged in there, do not use a metal pin or probe to try and remove it. Try using a vacuum cleaner to see if it can be removed that way.

If it still won’t charge and if the port enclosure seems clear, since it is new it will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Consult the documentation that came with the tablet or look online to find out how to make a claim for a warranty repair in your location.

Do not attempt to open the tablet to find out what’s wrong as this will void the warranty.

Did you back up your data to the cloud (Samsung, Google?) at all? If so you should be able to retrieve it from there, if necessary
