On most drones once you turn the power on to the drone it's lights will start flashing to indicate for you to turn power on to the controller immediately and also immediately move on of the controller buttons. Google search you drone exact brand and model and you should be able to download aanial or see how to make it pair.

Hi, we built a network of people around the globle that can do the fix. VCC in France is not part of our group, he will generally charge about $500 US dollars.

Has the drone ever been flown before? Have you ever flown it before? Is there any beeping or error code coming from the controller? Try to reset the controller and then try to pair it with the drone.
