Jed Levine looks like they are using a machine bolt as an axle. Rollator Parts Diagram. We would need to see your specific one. Post some pictures of what this looks like, with your QUESTION. From what I gather it could be a hex head but may have been changed on yours. iFixitでの質問に画像を追加する方法
