Why is my Samsung A20s screenblack but I can only receive calls?

my phone is working you can take screenshots and receive calls but it’s always black screen you can’t go to the home page or go through any apps or call anyone but when someone calls you you can only receive it. please I need my phone to work if you have a solution please tell me!!

afeef hossain did this just start by itself or did anything happen to your phone just prior to this? Did it get dropped etc.?
