LG G7 Thinq is detected, but not recognised by a PC

LG G& Thinq is not recognised by a PC, Windows 10 says USB not recognised, Device manager says "device descriptor request failed". Having tested deifferent cables and PCs I tend to think this is a hardware issue.

Is it USB board hardware problem, or is it the phone mainboard problem?
