バッテリー交換中のミスで、シリコンらしき素材でできた部品を出してしまいました

この部品は本来どこに配置されているものなのでしょうか？教えてください?

I made a mistake while replacing the battery and took out a part made of a material that looks like silicone. I'm not sure where this part is supposed to be located. Please let me know.
