MacBook Pro not boot after replacing battery

Hi,

I replaced the battery for my 2018 15” MBP with touchbar. When I try to turn it on, it just displays the low battery screen for a few seconds and nothing happens. Connecting the AC adapter doesn’t change anything.

I already reset the SMC.

Any recommendations?

Are you sure the charger is working? I would plug in a USB-C power meter like USB-C Voltage & Amp Power meter

Also where did you buy the battery?

Do you have the old battery? if its still in a decent condition id plug it in and see if it resolves the issue. If it does, bad battery. If not, you may have a board-level issue.
