Be sure you are seeing the correct password on the screen to be sure the caps lock isn't on.
There is also the HD hard disk password which can be used to access the hard drive.
And there is a Supervisor password assigned when setting up the device. If you don't have the HD password you will need to get the board changed by factory technician.

I assume you are using the power on password?
Be sure you are seeing the correct password on the screen to be sure the caps lock isn't on.
