Screen darkens when I put pressure on it

Recently I dropped my iPhone 6 and touch worked fine, however, whenever I put pressure on the screen the area I put pressure on darkens, any ideas on what may be the problem?

Looks like you damaged the screen and the only thing you can do is replace it.
