No longer getting video on 2 consoles

So today I installed a RGB mod chip on my console. Booted after installation and it worked great. But then the next boot I did, no video. Pulled a Jumper Pak from another console (just to be sure), which worked earlier today, and nothing. No neither console will work correctly.

I have thoroughly cleaned the contacts on the motherboard, jumper and expansion packs, cartridges, etc. Also have tried multiple AV and power cables.
