Black screen normally, but work in boot mode

Phone : Micromax AQ5001.

Phone screen (backlight) lights up but nothin on display. I can hear splash voice and notification noises.

But when entered into bootloader mode it works just fine, no flickering no fluctuations, works perfectly fine. Even tried wiping data.factory reset and cache wiping as well.

No effect.

Do you think rooting will help ? Any other suggestions are welcome.
