1 Why is the wand stuck?
Not able to find the accurate Model number.. Here goes

i set the wand in the wrong way (reading Kenmore on the back instead of on the front) and wand is locked in) and now it's stuck.. when i press the lift-up button, i'm not able to pull the canister out.. havent vacuum the carpet for more 3 weeks because of it.. how to fix it?
