When I turn on my TV, after 10 seconds it turns off and started blinking red light 4 times.
I heard it a power board problem, and I changed it by buying a new one from ebay.
But I still have the same problem.
Hope someone can help me with that.

Give this a read and see if you can narrow it down. It would also help if you could take pictures of the circuit boards and post them here.
