Since you appear to have zero video (including the menu) I would suggest you remove the back panel from your TV and take a look at the mainboard. that is where all the video inputs are house and where the video decoding happens. Check for anything unusual looking like missing or burned components etc. Post some good pictures of your boards with your Question so we can see what you see. iFixitでの質問に画像を追加する方法

Tried resetting it and all the fixes from the TCL website and it still has no video. You can hear audio

Purchased on Aug 18, 2020, so it lasted a little over a year and just as the 1 year warranty expired.
