Problem with the fan or heat sensor

For some reason my PS4 fan starts spinning very fast every time I launch any game and after a few minutes of playing god of war, my PS4 said that the system is overheated even when it wasn’t at all. I believe the problem is in the heat sensor because there is almost no dust inside and I don’t see any other reason for why it is thinks that it’s oveheated
