Coolpix W300 setup menu incorrect

Charged the battery on my Coolpix W300and all was fine. Turned camera on and the setup menu is incorrect. It only shows two items— Conformity Marking and Firmware version. The firmware is up to date. I have turned camera off and back on with no results.

Any suggestions?
