My combo beeps 3x but will not start

had service 3x -replaced transmission did not fix. replaced controller still not working.

frigidaire laundry center model ffle3911qw0 -technician got an error code of 11 then 3 beeps therefore replaced controller board-53045000456.

original problem washing section stopped working and did not drain -dryer works fine
