Looking online for an Alcatel 3080 firmware version it says "proprietary" which doesn't help to know what their version of Android is installed, whereas a Samsung A10 is Android Ver.9 or Ver.10 which is not that old and may have rectified any BT compatibility problems found in previous versions. Just a guess on my part.
I have the same problem with my mobile phone and my 2012 Subaru. It pairs OK but that's all, won't even play music from the phone, whereas my wife's mobile phone (different brand) has no problem at all, music, calls in and out etc.
It just may be an incompatibility problem between the car and the phone.
BTW updating my phone didn't help. (neither did Subaru)

It’s a 2013 Mazda mx5. I can use my Samsung A 10 without any problem.
