I have a Sony Bravia XBR-75X950G that is not displaying picture but there is audio.
I have traced the LVDS cables and swapped the TCON board. The backlight is on and the notification LED is a solid white.
Is there anything else I can look at before blaming the panel and is there anything on the panel I can look at?

Bravia TV are a bit tricky as all the boards are co dependent but I would try doing a firmware update with a USB drive. You should be able to locate that on the Sony Support page and walks you through creating the usb with that file and the steps to do on the TV.
AND also give the usb a long while to compete it's thing. I once was impatient and had given up on it, left for lunch and it was able to complete the process and came up.
