Hi! I have a 2015 Toshiba TV 40L310U that I purchased from best buy. Every now and again it won’t power on. Sometimes it’s for a few minutes, other times a few days and once it took a few weeks. Eventually it will turn back on again, work for months and then, one day, won’t power back on again.
I have troubleshooted all easy options and have now taken the back off to look at the power board.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

@cwilt symptoms like the ones you are describing are most commonly related to bad IC’s on the main board. We would need to see that as well. Remember that due to the absolute paranoia of this company (Toshiba), manuals are incredibly hard to find. They will come after people with their army of ambulance chasing attorney. So we will have trouble with schematics etc. and depend on you to do some checking. When plugged in and not necessarily turned on, check the voltage on stby (you should have 5V there). We need to get a clearer picture of connector P802 so we can see what the wiring connects to.
